The interested existing promoter shareholders can bid for the shares at a minimum price of Rs 196. The last traded price of the stock is Rs 495 on June 25.
The bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 to a maximum of all shares through issue manager Civil Capital till July 2. The auction will be opened on July 3 in the premises of Civil Capital.
