According to the banks, they are closing their banking hour on July 5 for data migration. NRB provided final approval to merger of the banks with a swap ratio of 1:1 on June 12.
The merged entity will have paid-up capital of Rs 810 million and will have head office at Dhankuta while corporate office at Biratnagar.
