Womi Microfinance is set to close its book on July 12 for upcoming 100 percent right shares. Thus, the shareholders registered in its book till July 11 will be eligible to apply for the right issue.
Womi is issuing 1,010,880 units of right shares to its existing shareholders at a ratio of 1:1.
The company has appointed Siddhartha Capital as its issue manager. After the right issue, the paid-up capital will reach Rs 202.1 million.
