375,000 unit shares of Swabalamban Laghubitta in Auction

Mahila Cooperative is auctioning 375,000 units of shares of Swabalamban Laghubitta after NRB bars cooperative companies from holding shares of microfinance companies.

Mahila Cooperative is auctioning 377,457.05 units of promoter shares from July 16.

Mahila Cooperative, the promoter shareholder of Swabalamban Laghubitta, holds 6.01 percent shares of Swabalamban Laghubitta. As per a directive 2074 subsection  10.10 given to 'D' listed microfinance companies, NRB barred cooperative companies from holding promoter shares of any microfinance companies licensed by it.

Any interested person, firm, company and organization can bid for a minimum of 100 to maximum to all shares at a minimum price of Rs 300 from July 16. The last traded price of an ordinary share of the company on July 9 is Rs 884.

The interested bidders can bid from Sunrise Capital, issue manager in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. The auction will close on August 13.
