The company has not announced any dividend to its shareholders. The meeting will endorse a proposal of approving annual reports and appoint an auditor.
For the AGM, the company is closing its book on July 19, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till July 18 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
Prabhu Insurance has already met the minimum paid-up capital requirement as per IB directive through the right issue.
