The current paid-up capital of Rs 194.8 million of Vijay Laghubitta will reach nearly Rs 210 million after the acquisition. Sweda Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 13.8 million.
The companies will decide swap ratio after DDA report. The joint entity will operate under the name of 'Vijay Laghubitta' and the management of the company will be remained unchanged.
