The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of issuing initial public offering (IPO) worth Rs 300 million. The company has current paid-up capital of Rs 700 million that will reach Rs 1 billion after the IPO issuance.
The proposed IPO will be issued to general public after endorsement from its AGM and SEBON.
The meeting will also elect board members from promoter shareholders and delegate authority to BOD to amend article of association and memorandum of association.
The meeting will also approve financial report prepared as per NFRS format.
