According to the company, it has not proposed any dividend to its shareholders for the FY 2074/75 given that it has to maintain adequate fund in various provisions as per the direction of IB due to implementation of NFRS format.
For the AGM, the company is closing its book from September 3, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 2 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
The company has already met up the minimum paid-up capital requirement of Rs 1 billion.
