The board of directors meeting of the company held on August 12 proposed of distributing 17 percent bonus share and cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders.
The company will distribute Rs 110.3 million in bonus share plus 0.8947 percent cash dividend worth Rs 122.4 million for tax purpose.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the company. After the bonus share distribution, the paid-up capital will reach Rs 800.7 million.
