Mahila Cooperative is auctioning 377,457.05 units of promoter shares after NRB barred cooperative companies from holding shares of microfinance companies from July 16.
Mahila Cooperative, the promoter shareholder of Swabalamban Laghubitta, holds 6.01 percent shares of Swabalamban Laghubitta. As per a directive 2074 subsection 10.10 given to 'D' listed microfinance companies, NRB barred cooperative companies from holding promoter shares of any microfinance companies licensed by it.
Any interested person, firm, company and organization can bid for a minimum of 100 to the maximum to all shares at a minimum price of Rs 300.
The interested bidders can bid from Sunrise Capital, issue manager in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu.
