The stock exchange has adjusted the stock at Rs 403.57 after the bonus share.
Neco Insurance is conducting its 23rd AGM on August 31. The AGM is scheduled to endorse 12 percent stock dividend worth Rs141.1 million and 0.63 percent cash dividend worth Rs 7.4 million to its shareholders.
The company that met the minimum paid-up capital as per IB directive has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.17 billion. The paid-up capital will reach Rs 1.31 billion after the bonus share distribution.
For the AGM, the company closed its book on August 20, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till August 19 are eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
