The company will auction 557,674.57 units of promoter and 244,549.90 units of ordinary right share. The interested investors can bid for a minimum of 100 for ordinary and 1,000 units for promoter shares and maximum of all shares at a minimum price of Rs 100 per share.
The interested investors can apply for the shares from issue manager Prabhu Capital, all branch offices of Best Finance and designated branches of Prabhu Bank.
