The company is auctioning 529,780 unit of shares including 146,575 units of promoter share and 383,205 units of ordinary share that went unsold during its issuance.
The company has appointed Siddhartha Capital as its issue manager.
The interested bidders can bid for the shares from Siddhartha Capital at Narayanchaur, Naxal and head office of Everest Insurance at Hattisar, Kathmandu. Similarly, the bidders can bid for the shares from Biratnagar, Birtamod, Birgunj, Janakpur, Hetauda, Narayangadh, Pokhara, Baglung, Ghorahi, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Dhangadhi and Mahendranagar branch of Siddhartha Bank.
The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 units of share for both promoter and ordinary shareholders.
The last traded price of the stock is Rs 320 on August 22 in the secondary market.
