Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has assigned (AKBSL) code to the company. Similarly, the stock exchange provided an opening range of 87.72 to 263.16 to the stock for the first transaction.
Adhikhola Laghubitta issued 400,000 units of primary shares worth Rs 40 million to the general public from July 7-10 in which merely 12.48 percent of applicants were provided shares. Out of the total offered shares, the company allocated 5,000 units to employees and 20,000 units to mutual funds. The general public was issued the remaining 375,000 units of shares.
After the IPO issuance, the paid-up capital of the company has reached Rs 100 million while its promoter and ordinary share ratio is readjusted to 60:40.
