The proposed dividend includes 10 percent stock dividend worth Rs 883.4 million and 11.0526 percent cash dividend worth Rs 976.414 million.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
Presently, the bank has paid-up capital of Rs 8.834 billion that will reach Rs 9.717 billion after the bonus share distribution.
