The company proposed to distribute 36.26 percent dividend that includes 34.45 percent stock and 1.81 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the company.
Moreover, the company also proposed to issue 2:1 right share of the paid-up capital maintained after dividend distribution.
