The meeting is scheduled to approve financial reports of FY 2074/75 and appoint an auditor for the FY 2075/76.
For the AGM, the company is closing its book on September 11, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 10 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
The company forgoes dividend payment for the previous FY despite earning a noticeable profit.
In the previous FY, the company earned Rs 247.6 million in net profit. However, it required to maintain various reserve and provisions under the format of Nepal Financial Report System (NFRS) as per IB.
