The company will distribute 35 percent dividend including 20 percent bonus share worth Rs 46 million and 13.25 percent cash dividend worth Rs 30.4 million. Moreover, the company proposed to distribute 1.75 percent cash dividend for tax purpose.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM. After the bonus share distribution, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 276 million.
