The company will distribute 6 percent stock worth Rs 38 million and 10 percent cash dividend worth Rs 63.3 million to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 633.5 million that will reach Rs 671.5 million after the bonus share distribution.
