The board of directors meeting of the company held on September 10 decided to close the book on Sptember 18, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 17 will be eligible to apply for the right issue.
The company is issuing 1,213,440 units of right shares to its existing shareholders at a ratio of 1:2. The company has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as its issue manager.
After the right issue, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 182 million.
