The shares are biddable by all the interested parties at a minimum price of Rs 220. The bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 to a maximum of all shares.
The interested parties can bid for the shares from Civil Capital, issue manager as well as Birtamod-Jhapa, Traffic Chowk-Biratnagar, Birgunj-Parsa, Bharatur-Chitwan and Nepalgunj-Banke branch of Prime Commercial Bank.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 397.6 million. The company is distributing 15 percent bonus for the last FY. The paid-up capital will reach Rs 457.2 million after the bonus share distribution.
