The company will distribute 25 percent bonus share worth Rs 300 million and 15.523 percent cash dividend worth Rs 186.3 million to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The current paid-up capital will total Rs 1.50 billion after the bonus share distribution.
