The bank will distribute 10 percent stock dividend worth Rs 885.7 million and 15.26 percent cash dividend worth Rs 1.35 billion to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The bank has paid-up capital of Rs 8.88 billion that will reach Rs 9.77 billion after the bonus share distribution.
In the previous FY, the bank distributed stock dividend of 8.16 percent and cash dividend of 5 percent.
