The local bourse adjusted the stock price at Rs 491 after its book close for upcoming 200 percent right shares.
The company closed its book on September 18 for the upcoming right issue, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 17 are eligible to apply for the right shares.
The company is issuing 1,213,440 units of right shares to its existing shareholders at a ratio of 1:2. The company has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as its issue manager.
After the right issue, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 182 million.
