Citizen Life Insurance gears up for IPO Issuance

Citizen Life Insurance (@CLICL@) has geared up for initial public offering (IPO). The company has listed the IPO agenda in its upcoming 2^ndAGM on October 16.

The 46^th board of directors meeting of the company held on September 10 decided to call its 2^nd AGM in Hotel Himalaya, Kupondole, Lalitpur at 3:00 PM.

Moreover, the AGM is supposed approve the annual report of the FY 2074/75, appoint an auditor for the FY 2075/76 and appoint a director in vacant post.
