The bank is conducting its AGM on October 16 in Naxal Banquet, Narayanchaur, Naxal at 11:00 AM. The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 21.0523 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The bank will distribute 10 percent stock and 11.0526 percent cash dividend (including tax) for the shareholders.
Presently, the bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 8.12 billion that will reach Rs 8.8 billion after the bonus share distribution.
