The bank will distribute 8 percent stock dividend worth Rs 227.5 million and 9.89 percent cash dividend worth Rs 281.4 million including tax to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The current paid-up capital of Rs 2.84 billion of the company will reach Rs 3.07 billion after the bonus share distribution.
