For the last FY, the banks announced the dividend at a range of 10 percent to 25.50 percent. Among them, Global IME announced the highest dividend while Kumari Bank announced the lowest dividend.
Four Banks Concludes AGM, Sanima to conduct the AGM today
Out of the 14 commercial banks, four banks including NIC Asia, Citizens, Kumari and Machhapuchchhre Bank have already conducted their AGMs.
Similarly, Sanima Bank is conducting its AGM on today in Naxal Banquet, Narayanchaur, Naxal at 11:00 AM. The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 21.0523 percent dividend to its shareholders.
