Sunrise Bank is conducting its 12th AGM on November 1 in Naxal Banquet, Naxal, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM.
The meeting is scheduled to endorse a proposal of distributing 15.80 percent dividend including 10 percent stock and 5.80 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting has listed a special agenda of merger and acquisition with potential partners. The meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward the process.
The paid-up capital of the bank will reach Rs 8.96 billion after the bonus share distribution.
