Mahuli Laghubitta (MSLB) has announced a dividend for the last FY. The 95th board of directors meeting of the company held on October 16 decided to propose 31.579 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute 20 percent stock dividend worth Rs 20.4 million and 11.579 percent cash dividend worth Rs 11.8 million including tax to the shareholders.
the proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
