The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 30 percent initial public offering worth Rs 600 million to the general public. The current paid-up capital of Rs 1.40 billion will reach Rs 2 billion after the IPO issuance.
The AGM will further amend its article of association and memorandum of association and approve the financial reports prepared as per NFRS standard.
