The bank will distribute 10 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend to the shareholders. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
After the bonus share distirbutiion, the paid-up capital of the bank will reach Rs 9.81 billion.
