Nepal Bangladesh Bank (NBB) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 347th board of directors meeting of the bank held on November 1 decided to propose 12 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The bank will distribute 5 percent stock and 7 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Nepal Reinsurance Comapny (NRIC) has announced dividend of the last FY.
