Naya Nepal Laghubitta (NNLB) has announced a dividend of the last FY. The 259th board of directors meeting of the company held on November 6 decided to propose 21.0526 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute 20 percent stock and 1.0526 percent cash dividend for tax propose.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
