Civil Bank (CBL) has announced dividend of the last FY. the 288th board of directors meeting of the bank held on November 6 decided to propose 6.75 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The bank will distribute cash dividend worth Rs 525.8 million cash dividend to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
