The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent cash and 20 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.
Similarly, the AGM will approve a proposal of issuing 25 percent right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after the bonus share distribution.
The meeting will also amend its article of association and memorandum of association as per the revised paid-up capital.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition process with suitable partner.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on November 22, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 21 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
