The company will distribute 10 percent stock and 10 percent cash dividend including tax to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 194.8 million that will reach Rs 214.2 million after the bonus share distribution.
