Nepal Investment Bank (NIB) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 522ND board of directors meeting of the bank held on November 13 decided to propose 19 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The bank will distribute 10.5 percent stock dividend worth Rs 1.35 billion and 8.5 percent cash dividend worth Rs 1.09 billion to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
