The company is conducting its AGM on November 29 in Butwal. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 16 percent dividend including 6 percent stock worth Rs 38 million and 10 percent cash dividend worth Rs 63.3 million to its shareholders.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 633.5 million that will reach Rs 671.5 million after the bonus share distribution.
The last traded price of the stock on November 13 was Rs 321.
