The company is issuing 1,213,440 units of right shares at a ratio of 1:2 to its existing shareholders. Samata Microfinance has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as its issue manager.
The company closed its book on September 17 for the right issue, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 16 are eligible to apply for the right shares.
The interested shareholders can apply for the right shares all C-ASBA approved BFIs and meroshare.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 60.6 million that will reach Rs 182 million after the right issue.
