Sabaiko Laghubitta is conducting its 3rd AGM on December 7 in Marshyandi View Resort, Bandipur at 11:00 AThe meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 13 percent stock and 0.68 percent cash dividend for tax propose to its shareholders. After the bonus share distribution, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 186.4 million.
The meeting will also approve a proposal of issuing 1:1 right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution.
Similarly, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition procedure with suitable partners.
