The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 26.315 percent dividend including 15 percent stock and 11.315 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
For the AGM the company is set to close its book from December 11 to January 9, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 10 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
