The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 25 percent dividend including 20 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
The company closed its books on November 13 for the AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its books till November 12 are eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
