NEPSE adjusted the stock at Rs 593.91 after the announcement of 15 percent stock dividend.
Laxmi Laghubitta is conducting its 8th AGM on December 6 in Agrawal Bhawan, Kamalpokhari at 11:00 AM. The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent stock and 11.32 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The current paid-up capital of Rs 242 million will total Rs 278.3 million after the bonus share distribution.
