Samudayik Laghubitta (SLBSL) has announced book close date for its upcoming AGM scheduled on December 27.
The board of directors meeting of the company held on November 27 decided to close its book on December 6, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 5 are eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
