The company is conducting its 6th AGM on December 15 in Krik Resort, Dhadingbesi, Dhading at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 75 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will approve 50 percent right issue of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution and delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition.
