NEPSE adjusts stock price of two microfinance companies

Nepal Stock Exchange has adjusted the stock price of National Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha and Chhimek Laghubitta Bikas Bank after their book close for the upcoming AGMS.

The local bourse adjusted the stock price of National Microfinance (NMFBS) at Rs 1,028.57 after adjusting 75 percent stock dividend.

National Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha is conducting its 6th AGM on December 15 in Krik Resort, Dhadingbesi, Dhading at 11:00 AM.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 75 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.

Moreover, the meeting will approve 50 percent right issue of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution and delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition.

Similarly, NEPSE adjusted the stock price of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (CBBL)) at Rs 773.29 after adjusting 27.11 percent stock dividend.

Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is conducting its AGM on December 16 in the conference hall of Hotel Samana, Makwanpur, Hetauda at 10:30 AM.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 27.11 percent stock and 17.21 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.

Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger procedure with suitable partners.

Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.18 billion that will reach Rs 1.50 billion after the bonus share distribution.
