The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent stock and 11.32 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The current paid-up capital of Rs 242 million will total Rs 278.3 million after the bonus share distribution.
The company closed its book on November 27, thus, the shareholders registered in its book by November 26 are eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
