Lumbini Bikas Bank (LBBL) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 350th board of directors meeting of the company held on December 10 decided to propose 20 percent dividend.
The company will distribute 5 percent stock and 15 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
