The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 7 percent stock and 0.37percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD amend its article of association and policies, approve financial reports of last FY and appoint an auditor for current FY.
In this regard, the company will close its book from December 26, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 25 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 933 million that will reach Rs 993 million after the bonus share distribution.
